|Searchspring a division on Athos Commerce
Upsides include not only the technical support but the diverse product stack. We began with search, and now use them for collection page, personilisation, cross-sell, bundles, and even integrate them with Klaviyo to increase CTR of our flows and campaigns. Ease of implmentation was and has been great, almost fully looked after by the team.

|Searchspring a division on Athos Commerce
Nothing. They were terrible to work with. Employees didn't know the product, and they delivered nothing and charged us $5000. They strung us along for months and where not honest.

Solid, Does What It Advertises, But Pricey and With a Difficult Implementation

|Searchspring a division on Athos Commerce
Overall, the software does what it advertises. Filters work very well, and the software may help customers when shopping, depending on the type of items you sell. Customizability is also excellent.
