The platform is easy to use, we have new features that discover the tools that our users are testing out or even using. There is a slack integration which reminds about upcoming renewals, which helps us to stay on top of our tools. Cristina, our CSM is also available on slack and answers all of our questions quickly. She also helped me with invoice uploads which was a very time consuming task.
