I like how easy it is to navigate through the app and website and how they remind you when you got paid. Very user-friendly, and I think that all companies should use the software!

I have used Rippling twice as a core HR system. From an employee perspective it is easy and intuitive to use. All relevant information is easily assessable from you dashboard. It includes paystub's, benefits, employee handbook ect. Rippling is a great, simple to use platform.

The platform has an intuitive layout making it easy to get around to the different parts of the platform.
