I like the ability to switch between cameras.

In terms of use; Prior to Rhombus, we used an inhouse DVR system that was complicated and mangement could view (when onsite) BUT it often required IT intervention to help find video and save it off if necessary. Since going to Rhombus, management loves its simplcity as well as it "from anywhere" availablity as wel as their ability to quickly find footage and share or store it. We all use this product frequently for not only security, but we also use it for safetly and IT monitoring as we have a device in our server room. In terms of support, their responsiveness has been excellent. The support team is very responsive, and issues get taken seriously and addressed every time. Never had an issue go un-resolved.
