Rezometry fue una excelente herramienta de ventas y CRM para nuestra empresa de viajes. Como todo software, siempre hay una curva de aprendizaje, sin embargo, Susan siempre estuvo disponible y nos ayudó mucho durante los primeros meses. Cada vez que teníamos una pregunta, ella respondía muy rápidamente y atendía nuestras consultas de manera muy oportuna. El software es capaz de mucho más de lo que nuestras necesidades requerían. Principalmente vendíamos paquetes de viaje personalizados donde combinábamos viajes aéreos internacionales, vuelos nacionales, transporte terrestre, alojamiento, tours y mucho más. Rezometry fue la herramienta perfecta para que lográramos nuestros objetivos de ventas y brindáramos un servicio al cliente rápido y excepcional a nuestros clientes. Hay muchas empresas que hacen lo que Rezometry hace, pero en mi opinión, el nivel de servicio junto con la tecnología proporcionada hicieron de Rezometry un socio exitoso para nosotros. Very good value for money for a program that has all the features we need and more, but not paying for a ton of features I don't need. The level of service you receive for training and ongoing support is excellent. There is one person we communicate with who responds within the day (if not instantly) and always answers our questions and solves our problems.

There is lots to like about Rezometry. The price point is very good for what the system offers. The contracts entry is simple and easy to train. The packaging options are strong. Accounting is good and the CRM is limited but gets the job done as far as accumulating your clientbase. They are moving to a web UI which will improve the access to the system by staff. VERY stable system. We have probably reported 5 bugs in 7 years.
