A great all-round tool for recruitment, saving time from creating job adverts to filtering CV's.
The CV analysis feature is great for filtering out the most relevant CV's from a large number of applicants to create a shortlist for interview based on the key criteria for the role.
The support team at RAI are very helpful and knowledgeable, getting new users up to speed quickly on the product features and helping us get the best use out of the software to improve our recruitment process.

A very valuable co-pilot for our business
RAI is easy to use. It covers a number of different resourcing processes, but is very flexible. We split up how resourcing roles are done in our business and so staff can use the features that are relevant to their role. We are new to AI, but it is already making huge time savings across the business and it works across EVERY role. Also the team at Rednevada are great and we can see this product will only continue to grow.
