I like how easy everything is to use and find on the admin side and the user side. The campaign resources are helpful with promoting SmartDollar to employees. We send emails out each month to everyone within the organization and use the group invitation option to invite new hires. I also like that SmartDollar is always adapting to user wants and needs such as a tax filing resource and will creation. I also appreciate having a relationship manager, who checks in frequently and updates us on the new features and how to use them. He was also very helpful with addressing a log in issue with one of our employees.
