I have found the most helpful things about redzone are all the data that is provided to all levels of the operation. From the plant floor to director level there is clear visibility to how the plant is running. This data can also be sliced and diced to show specific metrics that are needed, and sent out automatically through daily/weekly/monthly emails. We have found that operators buy in has increased tremendously since they can track live time how they are doing, and are immediatly trying to solve any downtime. The other thing that I like most about Redzone is the support from the team. Our implementation of Redzone was extremely smooth, and Josh our coach has been very supportive along the way. He shows everything Redzone has to offer, and helps personalize the tool to create exctly what our plant was looking for.
