PuTTY

What I enjoyed most about PuTTY is that it is free and very commonly used. It’s convenient because the interface is simple and it supports telnet, ssh login, etc. that is mainly used. This tool can be used to perform basic protocols as well as to deliver secure file transfers.

Connecting to switches and routers and managing them takes no time at all and it always works.

PuTTY is great for connecting to remote server and is one of the more popular options. It's very simple and easy. The best thing I like about PuTTY is we can save server names so we can just double click to access a particular server.
