We had to allocate several days each month in order to work with Excel. Now we're doing things on the fly - costs get processed when and where they occur. One huge benefit is that all the cost documents now contain all the relevant info - cost codes, project info etc. That's a big win for the project manager but also for accounting as they don’t have to chase that information anymore - this data is provided through an automatic integration instead. We have won in time and efficiency with Fizure but maybe even the biggest win has been on our nerves - we don't need to make extra clicks or deal with illogical user experience anymore. It has also reduced errors - it's not possible to make miscalculations in the budget anymore.
