Great CRM for Small Business

The program was easy to set up and after trying two other CRM programs, we decided to go with Pipedrive. The best feature was the integration of email and email tracking with Leads and Deals. You could link while reading an email to the Lead or Deal this included both prospect and vendors. This allowed us to include the vendor quote for equipment with the Lead or Deal. The action step feature is very easy to use and the reminders are great. We are using the product daily. For the startup, we had great assistance from the customer support on how to migrate and set up the program. One final feature that sold us on the program was the multi-language availability. We are implementing with our office in Mexico.
