There isn't much for me to describe as "liking best" about Intervals. I do like being able to create multiple tasks at once and add multiple time entries. Also like being able to upload a document while adding a comment without having to first save the comment.

Price is very reasonable, no charge for adding people. Detailed tasks, customizable and mr pie chart (to review high level reports). Overall my company has used intervals for more than 5 years and I have never seen anything else that provides the same level of software. Lastly, their customer service is amazing. They respond and complete tasks needed within a few hours and are very helpful!
