For a doctor-led aesthetics clinic, the legal and compliance foundations are solid. That was non-negotiable for us. The support team has been genuinely excellent. Annie led our onboarding and handled everything from setting up services, packages and memberships, to coordinating with our software developers and guiding us through widget integration. She’s methodical and detail-oriented — the kind of person who doesn’t let things fall through the cracks. When our developers couldn’t embed the booking widget, I did it myself — and Annie supported me through every step without making me feel like it was an ask. Emily handled the finance and marketing setup with the same level of competence.
