Prior to using OnHand my attempts to launch CSR activities always got stuck in the doldrums. It's hard to know where to start with CSR, and even harder to actually organise anything. I found myself consistently blocked with a bunch of half-started projects going nowhere. Particularly frustrating when I have minimal time to dedicate to arranging CSR anyway. But since onboarding with OnHand I've managed to get: - Every member of our team signed up and completed at least one mission - Arranged our first all-team CSR activity (big success), and have another one in the pipeline next month - Completed missions myself which I believe to be important causes In addition I think OnHand will make a great company perk for when we onboard new hires, as it aligns a lot more with fulfillment at work. I'd highly recommend to any company looking to get started with CSR activities that will bring their team together, improve job satisfaction, and do good for the world :)
