1. NT manages all the administration so we don't have to spend time in the backend. 2. The tool is intuitive and easy to use and easy to train others, such as instructors, to use. 3. We can tweak/edit the front end, and it is easy and intuitive also. 4. The staff is great. They listen, answer our questions with patience and resolve. They are very responsive to our questions, issues, and needs. 5. Single sign-on makes it easy for course takers.
