1) We had an urgent timeline, and where most companies would try to gouge you financially to help you hit it, I felt that New Breed's pricing approach was fair and accurate 2) I've worked with other services firms before and would characterize New Breed as bigger than small (not too big to where you get assigned to the newest team member, but certainly not a small company). We had multiple roles assigned to our project that would all lean in to match the nature of the problems we were trying to solve 3) Excellent project management tools that they held us accountable to filling in; robust framework that made us attack all the elements of a migration 4) Cool, genuine, good people.
