Navattic is a such a huge win for achieving adoption at scale.

Navattic has been such a great tool in our tool kit for our Scale CS team. We often find adoption challenging because our customers need a lot of walkthroughs, use cases, ideas, and inspiration. With Navattic, we are able to to show them walkthroughs of ideal use cases to give them inspiration. By targeting customers that are low in a certain area of adoption and sending them specific inspo of use cases, we're increasing our adoption.

Seamless, intuitive and highly effective

Navattic has transformed how we showcase our product. The platform is easy to use, allowing us to create interactive demos quickly, and our prospects love the hands-on experience. It’s helped shorten sales cycles and improve engagement. The analytics are a huge plus, giving us insights to tailor follow-ups effectively. Their support team is always responsive and helpful. Great ROI!

Our main use case for Navattic is lead generation —and more recently product marketing. It is extremely easy to use: it only required a bit of web development at the implementation stage. But it was more a self-imposed requirement since we wanted to have it totally embeded in our website. During our development phase, these folks were extremely responsive: shared best practices, examples for inspiration and useful material to build our guided tours. After going live, little to none support was needed from our side. The tool just works! We haven't used the Marketing Automation Platform/CRM integration (Hubspot, Account Engagement and Salesforce) since we use native forms (and they were developed to be embedded in our CMS). Our goal for 2025Q1 is enabling the visitor identifier!
