I no longer need to focus on building an academy, a training center, or extensive documentation. Recordings of people using our product are not ideal because they contain excessive information and fail to address what a user is trying to achieve. Privacy is crucial; we do not want to share private information with the public, so the ability to change values in the interactive demo is ideal. Our product evolves constantly, so it is helpful to quickly create an interactive demo within our product to show customers what they can achieve. There are numerous use cases in our product, and it is challenging to capture them; however, Navattic enables us to document these use cases effectively for our customers. We initially thought this would only be used for marketing, but it turns out to be ideal for cross-functional internal training and for ensuring consistency when demonstrating how customers can interact with the product.

I love how easy it is to edit captures. After every product update, I don’t have to start from scratch to create new tutorials. Instead, I can simply update my existing captures, and in just a few minutes, my tutorials are perfectly aligned with the latest product changes.
