Merge saved (and continues to save) our dev team an enormous amount of time. We originally looked at the scope of work to integrate with multiple HR platforms and it would have taken 1 and a half years to support all of our customers. Merge brought that time down to 1 month.

Merge is amazing. Incredibly intuitive and easy-to-use platform. We had a small full-stack engineering team that had never built an integrations strategy before, and they were able implement Merge in days. While originally we were planning to hire a team of integrations engineers to build and maintain all of our integrations, we've completely eliminated that from our headcount plans. This has increased focus and productivity on engineering, and freed us up to recruit for other skillsets on our engineering team, which has enhanced our product's overall differentiation and competitiveness on the market. With Merge, we're able to easily support dozens of integrations which has driven tons of sales -- we haven't lost a deal due to lack of integrations since implementing Merge. This has been great for us, since our product requires that we integrate with several product categories where there are many solutions in the market -- HRIS, ATS, Ticketing, Accounting, and CRM. Every time Merge has added a new product category (e.g. Ticketing), the solution has been really robust and high quality. I don't know how they do it but I'm really grateful!
