During the latest budget cuts, I was handed the LMS Administrator duties on top of my job as an Instructional Designer. I don't even know what I would have done without the support of eThink during the transition and then moving forward. I feel like they always have my back and they make me "look good" at my institution because 99% of the time, we find a timely solution to whatever issue is at hand. The other thing I really appreciate is that even when my requests are sometimes short and curt due to my increased stress level, they always reply with positivity and friendliness.
