The support team is generally extremely prompt with their responses when an issue arises, which is great. I think the bones of the software are very solid and I find it relatively easy to use. Logiwa has thought of a number of really useful things (like single item processing) that some customers new to fulfillment software may never think of but will benefit enormously from.
