Features of the software are great, and can work efficiently.

I love the ease with which I can enter my loan details and get recommendations and suggestions on how to manage them. Their performance suite management works well for my requirements and I am able to lend off my property for more profit. This helps a lot because we lease our current houses to CMU professors and staff and LoanLogics helps us a lot in managing our quality and assuring that we are making profit.

The pricing interface is very clean; it's very easy for sales to quickly obtain quotes. The rate sheet history and guidelines are a great resource (though the guidelines are not always up to date). The Encompass360 integration is not perfect, but it's effective.
