Litmos allows employees to develop/ learn both independently and in instructor led training. We can track when an employee is due for recerts, has completed internal training, and even keep track of external training. I enjoy using content author to create training opportunities and use a variety of learning techniques.

Easy to use, with lots of features to play with

Our company has been with Litmos for many years, and I will have to say since I have been with our company for 6 years now, I have seen it transition for the better over the years. I am the Learning Hub coordinator and work closely with our clients to guide them with the best experience with their online training. The system is user friendly and the customer service is WONDERFUL! I love our CSM, Cyndi Sweeney who is always readily available to help assist with any issues we may have, and will find solutions to guide us. We currently have the Litmos LMS, platinum account and love all the features it offers. I have enjoyed the courses through the Litmos University to gain insight on how to use many of the features, since I use the system on a daily basis.
