LingoHub makes coordinating translations for our product a very easy task. Our translators (who are not developers or tech people) can understand very easily the platform since its interface is clear and intuitive. It's also very flexible: it makes it very easy to arrange different workloads and its easy-to-use link system (which you can use to add key numbers directly to a URL) allows for seamless multiplatform coordination (in particular we work with Slack, Jira and email, and it works perfectly). The LingoHub team is also very responsive and willing to help and improve their platform whenever there are any problems.
