Limble has many abilities that our old system did not, including adding pictures of parts, machines and pictures to step-by-step tasks. You can also add a digital form of any document to a task, asset or part. That is really nice for keeping pre-existing manuals and procedures. If you need to make the same mass changes across work orders, PMs or schedules you can just do it to one of them and then "broadcast" those changes to other related items. This saves from having to do the same change over and over to each item. Limble also feels much more interconnected. Even though it does not have a message or e-mail system built into it, the way you can leave comments and completion notes on tasks, then gather those on a shared dashboard gives the same feeling of a group message system across shifts. This system is quick to learn and fairly intuitive. I do PM templates and schedules and I had a good hang of the basics my first day. The short cuts and time savers made switching systems take half as long as I expected. The customer support chat has been on point and extremely helpful. Outside of a direct person, there are articles and videos you can access directly on the application. This was very nice to have.
