onboarding and willingness to make changes to support the end customer

Very easy to use, the program has a lot to offer. anything that I wanted to do the program has the capibillity of doing. Alot of customer support and training.

We use Limble at Astra to track 23 CNC machines plus more than a dozen more custom build rocket fabrication machines. I am not just able to be twice as effective when I use Limble but more like three or four times more useful. I am able to track mine and my employees time spent actually helping the company. I was able to fully integrate our shop with a lot less effort than other systems. I have more than one hundred assets with more than seven hundred individual PM's programmed in and we keep the entire show running with two people. The best thing in my opinion is the customer support that is always available. I am not super great at computers, but if I ever run into issues I can just reach out to the little bubble on the bottom right hand side and a real human will help me troubleshoot. We pretty much could not get by without using Limble every day.
