Come for the product, stay for the support. Oh, and learn more than you ever imagined from their support library. Talk about a company knocking the cover off of the ball. I'm in there every single day, loving the product—not suffering through it. It also links up with tools like Zapier, which allows me to pipe custom messages to Slack and perform custom workflows that automate the busywork.
