Kennected has been an amazing tool to use to find, reach, and (most importantly) start conversations with target customers on LinkedIn with their automated message sequences. I read other reviews that suggested their customer support was dismal but this is definitely not the case -- their support is fantastic. I had a very thorough, progressive onboarding process with three different kennected experts. I've also used their on-demand chat support person -- not a bot -- and gotten immediate assistance with my question. And my Account Manager has been in regular contact with me too, making sure I'm happy with the software and showing me ways to use all its functionality. And the functionality can't be beat -- I'm finally able to schedule my LinkedIn posts ahead of time, and that efficiency has freed up big parts of my workdays for other things.
