I like that I have access to previous financial history for institutions which is very useful for research when creating a profile

Profiles--quick and easy to send off to my development officers for use! I can pick and choose what information I want to include in the PDF and they can use them on the road or in meetings to quickly see information. I also like the fact that the PROScores and accompanying Insights are easy enough and intuitive enough to understand. Anyone can understand 1-4 and then the Insights help us explain even further. Our development officers seem to like them and seem to feel that they accurately represent their portfolios. Also, the property transaction history in the Real Estate feature is super handy! I enjoy being able to see the history of a property and whether or not the owner owns it free and clear; that and what other properties might be listed under the same owner. I've found a lot of properties for constituents that haven't come up with other sources. UPDATE: As I've continued to use the product and learned more about the features and our needs as a shop have changed a bit, it's been handy to be able to export a Word doc of a profile in order to move information around to suit our fundraisers need. They've also added a news feature that I've yet to explore more, but it does help to have that instead of putting things in notes only.
