Simple to use. Great that it lets you input narrative codes and search for them

My company recently switched to Intapp and I honestly think it has been an upgrade. It has become much easier to submit conflicts than the previous system, and it's very easy to keep track of the progress of my submitted requests.

Difficult to use because you cannot assign files to a certain person but must manually star each one yourself
