As a new agent I don't know what I would do without iLife being there for me from the beginning, since I am not the biggest fan of hour long phone conversations, and prefer to work from home instead of face-to-face, which is normal in this industry if you are not invested in the digital age as a sales agent. Great customer service, and they even offer a free trial to help you get setup and and appointed with all the carriers and ask questions before you pay. Nice!
