Hivebrite was really great with support - Either through their online resources and documentation (They have really great, very detailed guides on how to do most of anything on the platform) or through their customer support by putting in a ticket. They have great response times, and just really great communication overall. Their client managers/contacts were also really great at just checking in with us to make sure everything was going well and having regular meetings just to review activity and give suggestions on how we could use the platform even better. One of the best parts was that they were never pushy about anything, nothing was a sales call, just support and help. Incredibly friendly and always looking for ways to help.
