The platform is extremely versatile and easy to use. The clean and fresh dashboard design makes setting up events a breeze. The platform continues to be actively developed and updated. The developers are very open to suggestions that have helped improve it beyond my expectations. Top that off with an absolutely stellar and highly responsive support team that leaves me feeling like they have my back, which is especially important when the event has gone live.

It's a very comprehensive platform that has a ton of features for putting on virtual summits. It also can be useful for hosting webinars too. Support is responsive via live chat. I've suggested a few features and they have actually said "That's a great idea" and implemented them within a week. Awesome service.
