My favorite customer management tools within HawkSoft are email integration, the policy suspense tool, and the daily download reports. Our Agency has used this system for many years for all lines of business. It is very easy to learn and they offer training tools within Hawksoft for new agents. Their customer support team is wonderful and very responsive when needing technical or functional system support. I love the customer text abilities as it is very easy to use and manage. We use this system every day and have found that we have a hard time functioning without it.

Hawksoft is easy to use. Their support documentation is easy to search & find relevant results. Not only can I find help, but there are clear instructions. If I can't find help in the documentation, I have always been able to obtain support by calling the 800 # or chatting with a rep online. Client tags and logs are especially helpful in servicing policies and tracking issues.

Dejamos uno de los dos grandes proveedores debido a los requisitos del contrato y al aumento de costos. Otro problema fue que retuvieron mis datos como rehenes y me obligaron a pagar por mis propios datos a pesar de que los subí, los mantuve y les pagué por su servicio. Hawksoft fue la mejor solución para nosotros. Los precios se ajustan mejor a nuestro presupuesto, y los datos siempre son míos. El sistema es sencillo de aprender y operar. Desde que nos unimos, ha habido muchas mejoras. Su atención al cliente es excelente, y el grupo de usuarios es beneficioso. Tuve la oportunidad de unirme a ellos al comienzo de la propiedad de la agencia, pero no lo hice. Desearía mil veces haberlo hecho. En resumen: facilidad de uso, precios, flexibilidad, propiedad de datos y visión de futuro son los aspectos que más me gustan.
