Unfortunately, while GroovHQ has a lot going for it, that is all eclipsed by the fact that they clearly stated that the plan we chose was called "Free Forever" and now they say we have to pay. Even if we were happy with the amount that they're asking we can't pay it as they lied to us and I would fully expect them to hike their prices without warning in the future.

Groove fue la primera plataforma de servicio al cliente que utilicé cuando comencé a trabajar para esta empresa. Era un servicio más sencillo y satisfacía nuestras necesidades básicas como equipo de servicio al cliente. Lo que más me gustó fue la función "Snooze" que nos permitía posponer la respuesta a un ticket por un período de tiempo específico sin afectar nuestros KPIs de tiempo de respuesta. Esta función también ayudaba a mantener nuestra cola de tickets despejada para que un agente pudiera atender otras consultas mientras esperaba obtener ayuda adicional en la respuesta de un ticket pendiente. Después de que se agotaba el temporizador, ese ticket pospuesto reaparecía automáticamente en la cola como un recordatorio para responder/seguir con ese correo electrónico. Esto realmente nos ayudó a mantenernos en el camino para que las consultas individuales no se perdieran en el ajetreo.

What I like the most about GrooveHQ is its UI. It's so user-friendly and helps me manage my emails more efficiently. The UI looks minimal but very aesthetic and attractive.
