I like the feature that allows you to watch in real time while also adding comments and/or tags as well. I also like that it is very customizable and that you can set assignments to be viewed peer to peer (students) or private for the instructor to view only. There are a lot of other features as well but it is really great because it allows us to provide observation access to students who live in very remote communities.
