Givebutter really made the work of managing the campaign after launch easy. Of course, most of our supporters used the built-in credit/debit card processing function—but our organization has a lot of old-fashioned supporters who prefer sending checks in the mail. The option to have their donation counted automatically as they sent in their contributions via snail-mail was popular with a good number of our supporters.

Clean and reliable product and interface. Everything I have tried with Give Butter just works. But every time I have wanted to learn more, a quick Google search takes me to a well written support article that answers my question - with dairy puns to boot! GiveButter works for 501c3 non-profits, but also other organizations too. Each time I have reached out to support for clarification, I have received a quick, clear, kind response. Which is so very rare. Their team has regularly added new and helpful features in the 2 years we have used Give Butter. We aren't even taking full advantage of the options, but I know their support articles and training resources will make it easy when it's time for us. This year they added the option to write thank you letters inside the software. They have the option to easily record or import donations made by check or cach outside Give Butter, and the CRM is much more intuitive than other services I have used (looking at you MailChimp). Then I saved literal hours by writing my letter and Give Butter included an option to mail merge total donations from last year per donor! So our recurring donations were automatically totaled up in one year-end letter with ZERO manual spreadsheet checking. I almost cried when I saw it, this will save me so much headache. And for all of this goodness, there is no fixed monthly fee to the organization. Just fees for transactions and tipping Give Butter. The best value around.
