Hands-down, the best part of Flxpoint is the support. It's shocking to find a fully supported platform in 2024 where I can just book a call with their team on a whim. Having Justin Henson as our Onboarding Specialist also added depth to our bench in a way we could not have survived without! Here's the thing - you definitely want/need the Pro version. There are so many features you get, but the best part is the change to the user interface. It's so much more functional! It won't take long to become a power user and you'll understand the platform better on Pro. You will find it easier to integrate, easier to implement, and easier to use.
