The multi-question prompt is very efficient in bypassing the need for medical review teams, which speeds up the clinical decision time. Having sets of questions specific to each procedure, allows some to be auto approved, which benefits us and the patient.

Initiating and usually completing medical prior auths online is so much better than waiting on hold. Also, it is nice to be able to work on them after hours and at times on the weekend.
