I like that my systems can speak to each other. I generally can be hands off and not worry about whether or not the information is making it from my HRIS to my benefit vendors. I like that it only takes 1 person to run the system. I can let my other HR reps do their jobs while 1 central person takes care of the benefits.

The EB team was very professional and delivered wonderful customer service. The team is friendly and was helpful. They were always there when you needed them and they communicated well.
