All-In-One Engagement Solution

I really love that this product allows for a quick view of each team member. As a leader, I can make notes on performance and interactions. I can create goals and push them out to my team for real-time tracking. In addition, others in the company can make notes and provide feedback about my team members as well. Another feature that is helpful is the built-in LMS module. It's not perfect as it's still in early stages, but it works and makes everything so easy to track in one place. We've built out a library of courses for onboarding and new hire training and it's been great. Finally - SUPPORT! Support is responsive and quick to resolve bugs and issues we come across. We haven't had many issues or bugs but the couple we have found were fixed withing days (one bug was fixed within the hour).
