As a project manager/project lead within my organisation, part of my role is to organise, schedule and set agendas for internal meetings with my colleagues, and external client meetings. One of the features I have found most useful so far, is the generation of a Meeting Recap using AI. I was amazed by how accurately AI summarised the recorded transcript, sorted into into key takeaways, key decisions, and actions. This feature means that I do not have to assign a project team member to rapidly take notes in the background of the meeting, and that everyone can be 100% focussed on the discussion. Although I haven't had to do this much so far, I've also found it helpful that I can edit the meeting recap, to make sure that actions are assigned correctly, and that there is no repetition between points, making the recap as succinct and useful as possible. I look forward to exploring more of it's features now that I have the Premium License, with unlimited AI credits.

The document minute taker is excellent. The integration with planner is also brilliant.
