The customizable surveys and feedback make it easy to understand my team dynamics and helps to gain meaningful improvements. Its UI is easy to navigate and clean interface without feeling overwhelmed with bombastic features.

Me permite un acceso rápido y revisión de mis objetivos o los de mis reportes directos y su progreso, retroalimentación de pares, evaluaciones de desempeño. La uso casi todos los días para capturar la agenda de mis reuniones semanales uno a uno o para dar/revisar retroalimentación de pares. La herramienta es visualmente atractiva, fácil de usar y fácil de navegar. ¡Me encanta absolutamente!

I like that you are able to get the input from your team members that they may not feel comfortable of answering in person. It gives you a true idea of how to adjust to their input. The site is easy to use.
