Firstly the support from the Cleint Share team is second to none, they are always on hand to not only support withthe use of the tool but share thier experience and knowledge in and around cutomer experience, taking time to understand your business and establishing best practise within your organisation. The tool itself is very easy to use, not only to send reviews but also the all important feedback provided by the customer base.

East to use interface, great platform to share information with clients and I like that when you assigned actions it goes straight into your client's inbox.

Olivia and George have been incredibly helpful from the beginning, and I've enjoyed getting to know other team members through events such as the Clientshare Awards back in 2024.
