I love how easy it is to organize information and improve the quality of our digital data, regardless of how well internal teams tag their campaigns. The ability to fix meta information after the fact is invaluable. I also love that the company is so open to feedback and getting suggestions on the roadmap.

The capabilities of the platform are very impressive, and the integration points make this very useful. Overall the tool can be managed by a savvy but not very technical business user. Once your organization gets their heads around the true value of metadata for driving reporting, analysis, segmentation, personalization...essentially everything, the more powerful the tool becomes. Claravine is a very high touch organization and in general are both really capable on resolving problems and providing solutions to extend the product. They also have a large amount of organizational knowledge on how to approach the big, ugly, problems that surround metadata in large complex organizations.
