A very intuitive way of archiving emails and documents. I'm a very loyal Office user and streamlines Salesforce well. I'm using the product everyday and it has helped organize workflow.

Before Cirrus, I would manually have to connect my incoming and outgoing emails with customers to Salesforce or remember to put in extensive notes. With Cirrus, my emails are automatically synced to the contat record and/or account for anyone who is already a contact in our system, which makes my life much easier. If they're not already a contact, I'm also able to create a record from the Cirrus side panel within Outlook.
