Super convenient and easy to use

You can connect all your databases and then the tool will analyse very precisely the inputs to give you a comprehensive analysis of your users experience, pain points and satisfaction comments. Our database is in french and the model still manage to understand accurately what we are looking for. I mainly use it for research when I want to analyse a flow but it can also be used as a day to day CSAT monitoring tool. I find the tool very easy to use as you just need to enter keywords and get feedback from it.
