Great tool to collect customer feedback

Chattermill helps my company to collect customer inisghts from different sources (ratings platforms, customer tickets, NPS). We use chattermill to analyse data and also appreciate the automation with Slack.

Chattermill's AI insights increase efficiency in App Store Review Analysis

The ability to collate and analyse multiple data points across many of our apps and markets simultaneously is super great. I also really love the AI insights which save me heaps of time in collecting data to share with stakeholders. Chattermill is also really easy to use, and we have onboarded many of our colleagues from various functions to self service themselves when it comes to CX data, so again saving us a lot of time.
