Customization features for mapping are accessible and fairly easy to use, even for a novice admin. Documentation is pretty good, and support team is quite helpful for resolving more complex mappings. We've created some complex mappings to accommodate Parent customer mappings which are needed for OneWorld (multi-subsidiary). Ability to build custom integration flows is great.
