I’ve used Caplinked for secure document sharing during transactions, and it does the job well overall.
The strongest point is security permission controls and access tracking are clear and reliable, which is important when handling sensitive files. The audit trail feature is also useful for monitoring activity.
The interface is fairly simple, though not very modern, and it takes a bit of time to get used to. Performance can be slightly slow when uploading large files.
Customer support is okay responsive, but nothing standout.
